Making a case for inclusion at Employee Benefits Connect 2020

EXCLUSIVE: Andrew Arms, UK head of talent acquisition at Roche, will be running a presentation on inclusion and engagement at Employee Benefits Connect 2020.

In his session, titled ‘How inclusion impacts employee experience and can be used as a lever to attract future talent’, Arms will explore how creating a sense of inclusion is a critical factor for improving engagement.

Arms said: “There are many benefits that are available from taking a positive inclusion approach; unlocking the potential of employees and improving business performance are the key aspects that addressing inclusion can lead to.

“From a talent perspective, it also makes a business more attractive and engaging, creating a better culture.”

Arms intends to prompt a challenging discussion with attendees, and present the session on a neuro-scientific level, giving the audience the opportunity to develop effective practices of inclusion.

Employee Benefits Connect 2020 is a future-focused event, aimed at helping senior HR professionals discover the trends shaping reward, and promote blue-sky thinking for the years ahead. It will take place on Wednesday 26 February 2020 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
