EXCLUSIVE: Plumbing and electrical services organisation Rightio has launched a new benefits platform for its 130 UK-based employees.
The platform, provided by Xexec, was implemented on 1 July 2019 with the aim of offering additional value to Rightio’s employees, which include on-the-road engineers and call centre staff.
The new platform, which is also open to Rightio customers using the organisation’s Care Club service, enables staff to access more than 3,000 retail discounts, available online or in-store via reloadable cards, instant e-vouchers, unique codes and cashback.
Employees can also utilise a lifestyle concierge service through the platform; this provides online and telephone assistance with travel and event planning, as well as other booking services.
